Privacy
Intevra uses the public request forms only to contact you and review whether an Intevra Sync private review fits your scenario. Public forms do not request passwords, payment data, connector tokens, private platform IDs, or message content.
What we may receive
We may receive: contact email, organization/community name, optional public link, optional contact name or role, and technical request data needed for site security and operation.
Why we use it
We use this data to answer the request, review the scenario, prepare a guarded next stage, and prevent abuse.
Access and retention
Access is limited to the team processing the request. Data is kept only as long as needed for review, communication, and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized when further retention is not required.
Your rights
You can request clarification, correction, deletion, or withdraw consent by emailing sync@intevra.tech.
No hidden mirroring
Channel setup happens only after separate access review and participant notice confirmation. Message history is not imported by default.
